Return & Refund Policy

At 2SparX, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-designed apparel to inspire you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy:

1. Returns & Exchanges

✅ Accepted For:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your order arrives with printing errors, damage, or defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery at business@2sparx.com with:
    • Photos/videos of the issue.
    • Your order number.

🚫 Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind, sizing issues, or color mismatches (since all items are made-to-order).
  • Final sale items (e.g., limited-edition drops).
2. Refunds
  • Defective Items: We’ll replace your item or issue a full refund (including shipping if the error was ours).
  • Non-Defective Items: No refunds (as each piece is custom-printed just for you).
3. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Email business@2sparx.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order # + photos of the issue.
    • Reason for return.
  3. If approved, we’ll send a free return label (for defective items only).
4. Processing Time
  • Replacements: Shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
  • Defective items: We cover return shipping.
  • Non-defective returns: Customer covers return costs (if applicable).

Note: We don’t guarantee refunds for lost packages with incorrect addresses. Double-check your shipping details at checkout!
