We Accept:
- 🛠️ Misprinted/damaged items: Email business@2sparx.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
→ Printful will replace/refund (we handle everything).
We Can’t Accept:
- ❌ Size/color changes (all items are made-to-order).
- ❌ Buyer’s remorse (no returns for “just didn’t like it”).
Defective Items?
- Email us photos + order number.
- We’ll send a free return label (if Printful approves).
- Replacement ships within 5 days.
